Muslim group files lawsuit against the Florida patriot claiming discrimination

A Florida group has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court against an Inverness gun shop owner who declared his store a Muslim-free zone. CAIR Florida, which is the Council on American-Islamic Relations Florida, made the announcement on its blog Wednesday.
The suit demands an injunction against Florida Gun Supply prohibiting it from discriminating against Muslims and others on the basis of religion.
The gun store’s attorney thinks the lawsuit is a publicity stunt and says the gun store owner is within his rights. “Andy Hallinan and the Florida Gun Supply have an obligation to their customers, employees and to the general public to not train or equip terrorists. Period,”
CAIR (The Council on American-Islamic Relations) is “worried that the gun shop owners tactic could spread anti-Muslim type restrictions in other locations.” OH NO! What will we do if that happens?!!

The Muslim Executive Director says, “Terrorism doesn’t know any religion or creed, in fact the largest criminal acts in regards to terrorism in this country have been committed by white supremacist groups…” to which Hallinan cuts him off and says, “Hassan, the largest criminal act that has ever happened in this nation was 9/11 and was committed by those who vowed their allegiance to Islam.”
Before filing suit, CAIR-FL made a public attempt to dispel any prejudices Hallinan had expressed about Muslims, but before had a peace agreement of sorts Hallinan cancelled at the last minute and claimed the group was trying to use him.
“The reason they want to meet with me is they want to put a headline on their website that says ‘Islamophobe gun owner turns polite and sees that Islam is peace,’” Hallinan told local reporters. “There is absolutely no way I am going to help promote them.”
The United Arab Emirates named CAIR on its designated terrorist group in 2014 next to Al-Qaeda and The Muslim Brotherhood.
Sounds like our favorite Florida gun shop owner has a fantastic lawyer who plans on kicking what he calls this “absolutely frivolous” lawsuit right in the pants.
